My name is Jordan Haro.

I’ve been making documentary films and eating delicious food for a while now. The latter, for nearly my entire life. This is the combination of those passions.

So much goes into what we eat and drink. To some it’s just a ritual we do three times a day. If you’re like me, though, there’s so much that can be said about what we consume. I see food as an ever-evolving language through which culture is expanded upon every time we eat and drink ANYTHING. Breaking bread with one another is hard-wired in our minds as a means to connect and break boundaries. I grew up in a family where some of our best memories were spent sharing a meal together. I’ve been drawn to the stories of the folks who cook that food, bake that bread, and make that wine, or do anything else in this world.

Every guest on this show is someone I personally find interesting. The chance to amplify their stories with you, like I would a documentary profile, is something I’m thrilled about.
